How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Provide your registered contact details
  • Clearly state the reason for the request
  • You may also contact us through our customer support chat

Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

If approved, the refund will be initiated as per our policy.

Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the CUBYNA support team.

No Refund on Product Satisfaction

  • Refunds are not applicable based on product effectiveness or satisfaction.
  • Results may vary from person to person based on individual health conditions and usage.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Kanrise India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
  • In certain cases, customers may be contacted for order verification prior to shipment.

Refund Method

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Customers must provide valid bank account details to receive refunds via bank transfer.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days from the date of approval.
