Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹500 within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Processing is subject to stock availability and order verification.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Courier Partners:

  • We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on select pin codes within India.
  • Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • Kanrise India Private Limited reserves the right to verify COD orders via call or message before dispatch.
  • Unverified or suspicious COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges:

  • International shipping is chargeable.
  • Charges vary based on destination.
  • Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeline:

  • International orders may take up to 30 days for delivery.
  • Timelines depend on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

Custom Duties & Taxes:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are not included in the shipping charges.
  • These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Delivery Assistance:

  • If your international order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mail@cubyna.com.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • If tracking details are not received within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact customer support.

Important Information

  • If your order status shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for courier investigation.
  • Delivery delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, government regulations, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts (including COD orders), any reshipping or return-to-origin costs will be borne by the customer.
