1. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• The product must have been purchased directly from the official CUBYNA website or through another sales channel specifically authorised by CUBYNA.

• The customer must allow a 15-day trial period from the date of delivery.

• A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after completion of the 15-day trial period.

• Only unused, unopened, unsealed and undamaged bottles in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

• The original order details or valid proof of purchase must be provided.

• The returned products must match the products and quantities purchased in the original order.

Important: Bottles that have been opened, used, unsealed, damaged by the customer or are missing from the original order are not eligible for a refund under this satisfaction guarantee.

2. Refund Amount

Refunds will be calculated only on the eligible unused and unopened bottles returned and accepted by CUBYNA.

• The value of any opened or used bottle will not be refunded.

• If a customer purchases a pack of three bottles and returns two eligible unopened bottles, the refund will be limited to the applicable value of those two bottles.

• The refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the eligible returned products.

• Any discounts, promotional offers, bundle pricing or coupon benefits will be taken into account when calculating the eligible refund.

• Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges and payment processing charges, where applicable and legally permissible, are non-refundable under this satisfaction guarantee.

Where a promotional pack or bundle has been purchased, the refund will be calculated on the basis of the actual amount paid and the applicable value of the eligible bottles, rather than the standalone MRP of each bottle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

1. Contact our customer support team through the contact details provided on the official CUBYNA website.

2. Provide your order number, registered mobile number and reason for requesting a refund.

3. Our team will verify the purchase and confirm the eligible bottles for return.

4. Pack the eligible bottles securely in their original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

5. The returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify their eligibility.

Customers are requested not to dispatch products before receiving return instructions from our support team.

4. Return Shipping

The customer will ordinarily be responsible for the cost of returning eligible products under the satisfaction guarantee, unless CUBYNA agrees otherwise.

If the product received is incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective, please contact our customer support team promptly. Such cases will be handled under the applicable replacement, refund and consumer protection requirements.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be initiated within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.

The refund will be made to the original payment method wherever possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative lawful refund method may be arranged in consultation with the customer.

The time taken by a bank, payment gateway or financial institution to credit the refund may vary.

6. Products Not Eligible Under the Satisfaction Guarantee

The following are not eligible for a refund under this particular satisfaction guarantee:

• Opened, used or unsealed bottles.

• Bottles returned without the original product packaging where that packaging is necessary to verify the product.

• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage, mishandling or customer negligence.

• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or where valid proof of purchase cannot be established.

• Requests submitted outside the stated guarantee period, except where an extension is approved by CUBYNA or a refund or return is required by applicable law.

These exclusions do not limit any rights customers may have in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products under applicable law.

7. One Guarantee Per Eligible Order

The 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the eligible products in the original order. Refunds cannot exceed the amount paid for those products.

CUBYNA reserves the right to verify orders and investigate suspected fraudulent, duplicate or abusive refund requests. We may decline a claim that does not satisfy the terms of this voluntary guarantee, subject to applicable law.
